What I learned From Lecture 22

What I learned from lecture 22 is that we are the protector of our identity and our future. What I think this means is that we are the ones who can control what we do and what we want to be or do in the future. Another thing I learned is that if I don't take care of the first creation it will be done for me. What I think this means is that if we don't decide what we want to believe in, we will eventually get influenced and others will make us believe what they want us to believe.
