What I learned from this video is that many people focus on how to appear to be than how they really are. We have to focus on what's happening not on what it appears to happen. Another thing I learned is that what we really need is character ethic. I also learned that trustworthiness leads to trust. I also learned that he made a student reflect on himself when the student asked him how he was doing in his class. One knows how we are doing we just need to actually think about it.
